Customize which document types you’ll accept from the countries Veriff supports.

Here’s how to configure your settings.

From the Veriff Station dashboard, click “Workspace”, then select “All Integrations.”

Choose an integration, then click the “Countries and Documents” tab.

Supported Documents

  • The list displays all countries and document types that Veriff supports, with all selections enabled by default.

  • Greyed-out selection boxes indicate unsupported document types for that country.

Adjusting Document Settings

  • Use the top row of selection boxes to enable or disable document types across all countries.

  • Disabling document types globally may overwrite previous configurations—Veriff will prompt you to confirm before proceeding.

Deselecting a Document Type for a Specific Country

  • Toggle off the selection box to disable a document type for a particular country.

  • Once disabled, Veriff will no longer accept that document type from users in that country.

  • Disabled document types appear with a minus sign instead of a checkmark, making it easy to identify inactive options.
