Once you have an active subscription, you can cancel at any time. Also, before every billing cycle, you’ll receive a reminder email from Stripe about the upcoming charge.
To cancel your active subscription, please follow these steps:
Log in to Veriff Station (make sure to use your billing email address).
On the left-hand side, select the 'Account setup' tab, then click on 'Subscription'.

You'll now be taken to the 'Your subscription' page, where you can review your current Self-Serve plan, billing settings, add-ons, and invoices.
Now, select the 'Plan' tab on the 'Your subscription' page.
To cancel, simply scroll down this page until you see the red 'Cancel subscription' button on the lower-left-hand side of the page.
A confirmation window will now appear. Tick the checkbox to confirm you are an authorized representative, select your reason for leaving, and provide a brief explanation (minimum 5 words). Once complete, click the red 'Proceed to cancel' button to finalize.
--> Note: Before you finalize your cancellation, please be aware of the following:Service Impact: Your live integrations will stop working immediately, and you will no longer be able to generate live verifications.
Data Access: You have 14 days to access and download your data from the Station. After this period, the data will be assigned for permanent deletion.
Billing: You will not be charged further unless you choose to restart your subscription.
Once the subscription has been officially canceled, a red banner will appear at the top of your Station dashboard stating: 'Subscription canceled. To verify customers again, start a new subscription.'
Your data will remain accessible for the 14-day window, but live integrations will be disabled. From here, no further action is required on your part.
--> Note: If at any point you wish to re-subscribe and start your subscription again, you can simply click the 'Start a subscription' option on the right-hand side of the red banner.
