How can I cancel my plan?

Once you have an active subscription, you can cancel at any time. Also, before every billing cycle, you’ll receive a reminder email from Stripe about the upcoming charge.

To cancel your active subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Veriff Station (make sure to use your billing email address).

  2. On the left-hand side, select the 'Account setup' tab, then click on 'Subscription'.


  3. You'll now be taken to the 'Your subscription' page, where you can review your current Self-Serve plan, billing settings, add-ons, and invoices.

  4. Now, select the 'Plan' tab on the 'Your subscription' page.

  5. To cancel, simply scroll down this page until you see the red 'Cancel subscription' button on the lower-left-hand side of the page.

  6. A confirmation window will now appear. Tick the checkbox to confirm you are an authorized representative, select your reason for leaving, and provide a brief explanation (minimum 5 words). Once complete, click the red 'Proceed to cancel' button to finalize.

    --> Note: Before you finalize your cancellation, please be aware of the following:

    • Service Impact: Your live integrations will stop working immediately, and you will no longer be able to generate live verifications.

    • Data Access: You have 14 days to access and download your data from the Station. After this period, the data will be assigned for permanent deletion.

    • Billing: You will not be charged further unless you choose to restart your subscription.

  7. Once the subscription has been officially canceled, a red banner will appear at the top of your Station dashboard stating: 'Subscription canceled. To verify customers again, start a new subscription.'

    Your data will remain accessible for the 14-day window, but live integrations will be disabled. From here, no further action is required on your part.


    --> Note: If at any point you wish to re-subscribe and start your subscription again, you can simply click the 'Start a subscription' option on the right-hand side of the red banner.
