Step-by-step process
In order to request a new password, please go to the login page of Veriff Station. From the login page, choose Forgot password?
Fill in your email and click RESET PASSWORD
An email will be sent to you with further instructions.
If you have for example changed your phone and need to get a new 2FA turn to one of your colleagues who has the Admin role.
You can either use the feature on Google Authenticator, which allows you to transfer your codes or this can be done by your coworker with Administrator access once you get the new device set up.
The Admin should navigate to Account setup → Team → click on MANAGE next to the relevant user's name → Reset 2FA
Once this is done, follow these steps to log in to the Veriff Station with your password:
download the Google Authenticator app from App Store or Google Play
log in to Veriff Station
you will see a QR code after entering your email and password. Scan it with the Google Authenticator app.
you will see a 6-digit code in the app now (it changes every once in a while so don't have to remember it).
every time you try to log in now you will be asked to enter a 6-digit code from the app.
