In order to request a new password, please go to the login page of Veriff Station. From the login page, choose Forgot password?
Fill in your email and click RESET PASSWORD
An email will be sent to you with further instructions.
If you have changed your mobile device and need to get a new Two-factor authentication (2FA), you can turn to one of your colleagues with the Admin role.
They can then open Settings → Manage users → click on MANAGE next to the relevant user's name → Reset 2FA.
Once this is done, log in to the Veriff Station with your password and simply scan the new QR code.
