Veriff Self‑Serve makes it easy to select the right subscription plan for your business. This guide walks you through how to review each plan, configure your options, and activate your subscription during your 15‑day trial.

Overview

When you sign up for Veriff, you receive a 15‑day Premium trial with up to 20 free verification sessions.

During your trial, you can explore all Premium features and choose a paid plan at any time. You won’t be charged until your trial ends. A paid subscription allows you to continue verifying users long‑term and unlocks the plan features that best match your business needs. How to Access Subscription Settings

  1. Log in to the Veriff application.

  2. From the dashboard, select Subscription in the left‑hand menu.

  3. You’ll see all available Self‑Serve plans, add‑ons, and pricing tools.

Veriff offers three subscription plans designed for different stages of growth.

Essential Plan

The simplest and most affordable way to start verifying users. Ideal for: startups and small businesses

Includes:

  • Fully automated AI-based verification

  • Support for 12,000+ document types

  • Simple, secure verification and essential fraud defense

Plus Plan

Designed for growing businesses that need more accuracy and control. Ideal for: teams scaling verification volume or risk controls

Includes everything in Essential, plus:

  • Hybrid verification (AI + human checks)

  • Fraud risk insights

  • Detection of fraud patterns

  • Ability to block users via facial biometrics

Premium Plan

Built for high‑volume businesses that need maximum configurability. Ideal for: enterprises and advanced verification workflows

Includes everything in Plus, plus:

  • Customizable verification flows

  • Advanced analytics

  • API integration support

  • Optional add‑ons:

    • Extended data retention

    • Data extraction

    • PEP & Sanctions screening

To help you estimate your monthly costs:

Allows you to:

  • Forecast monthly costs

  • Adjust based on your expected verification volume

Completing Your Subscription

Once you’ve selected your plan and add‑ons:

  1. Click Company Information to enter your legal business details.

  2. Click Payment to add your payment method and finalize your subscription.

Your plan will activate automatically when your trial ends.
