1 - Can I try the service before I buy it?

Yes, we offer free trials for 15 days or up to 50 sessions for each plan (if you use your 50 sessions in less than 15 days, this ends your trial). This enables you to test out our service quality and get your integration ready to go live. During the trial, you can cancel at any time if you feel the service doesn’t meet your requirements.

Please keep in mind, you can only have one trial active at a time. Each plan can only be tried once. If you switch plans during a trial, it will end the previous one; and any unused trial days or sessions will also end.

2 - Does Veriff offer solutions for start-ups and small and medium businesses (SMBs)?

Yes. Veriff offers Self-Serve plans that are flexible and scalable, making them ideal for startups, SMBs, and growing enterprises. The plans empower businesses to efficiently verify customer identities, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with global regulations—all without setup fees or long-term commitments.

3- Are there any setup or implementation charges for Veriff Self Serve ?

No, there are no additional charges for setup or implementation.

4 - Will I be charged for resubmission sessions?

No, you only pay for actual verification sessions, not for retry attempts.

5 - Can I change my plan? How do I upgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan whenever you need a different type of service.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by selecting your plan under the subscription page when logged in.

6 - How is Veriff cost-effective for businesses?

  • Flexible solution. With no up-front costs, several add-ons available and 3 different plans, you can customize your offering based on your needs.

  • Per-Verification pricing. Pay only for successful verifications submissions.

  • No Resubmission fees. Retain flexibility without hidden costs.

  • Budget control. Predict and manage expenses accurately, based on the plan that you select and your volumes.

7 - Can the company legal information be updated later and still signup?

Although we don't require a company website, we require for our customers to be registered business, as without that it won't be possible to proceed.

At the moment whilst waiting to get registered, we can only recommend to use our demo page here: https://demo.veriff.me/

8 - Can I change my billing details later?

Yes. Although it's not possible to change the billing details retrospectively, we can do so on your account right away so subsequent invoices will reflect the newly updated details.

9- How to set up the email for billing?

If you already have an account with us, you just need to provide your new billing email address and we'll be able to update it.

If, however, you're setting up an account with us, you'll just need to use your business email address in setting up your account which will in turn be your billing email address.

10 - What happens when my free trial ends?

You’ll be notified ahead of time when your free trial is about to end.

You can switch to another free trial plan if you need further tasting. Otherwise you will be automatically billed based on the selected plan selected.

11 - How am I charged after the free trial?

After the free trial period ends or use the 50 sessions (whichever comes first) you will be billed according to the selected plan. Our transparent pricing model means the plans have a minimum monthly commitment and pay as per verification.

The pricing is based on the volume of verification sessions.

You will be billed according to the plan (Essential, Plus, Premium) and add-ons you selected until you reach the “monthly commitment” threshold.

Once you surpass it , you will be billed based on the volume of verifications you will do and the amount is based on the price of your verifications (depends on plan and add-ons you selected)

The actual price for each verification will depend on the plan selected + add ons you have selected. With Veriff, you only pay for actual verification sessions, not for resubmissions.

12- How does the signup process work?

To start your free 15-day trial, simply create an account. Begin by entering your email and password or using Google credentials for quick account setup. Next, verify your email address by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your inbox. Once verified, provide the necessary business details, including your company name, registration or tax identification number, and company address.

After reviewing and accepting Veriff’s terms and conditions, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card information. Finally, complete the identity verification process, which is designed to protect against fraud and you will have full access to the product. The entire process is straightforward and should take approximately five minutes.
